Rauch Business Center, Room 91

Program Description

To “develop” means “to unfold the inherent possibilities.”  Professional development is an ongoing process of uncovering, cultivating, and expressing our values, interests, talents, and skills so that we show up in life aligned with our true nature, awakened, affirmed, and energized, filled with possibility, direction, and meaning. This workshop will engage participants in the process of “unfolding the inherent possibilities” in themselves and others, to move themselves and their organizations forward.

This workshop will give you an opportunity to:

  • Reflect on and engage with challenging questions regarding career development and effectiveness
  • Develop fresh perspectives on work and career
  • Learn a set of relationship-building principles for leading yourself and your organization forward
  • Recognize the tension between the way things are and the way you would like them to be, and learn to use that tension to energize your progress
  • Network with other Lehigh alumni

The workshop is designed to benefit individuals regardless of background, experience, position, or where they are in their career path.
