"Lehigh has a warm place in my heart, because I received an excellent education there."
- Ted Scheetz '54

... Not just about your Lehigh account, but about all of your online accounts!
We will never ask you to e-mail us your password! In fact, no legitimate web service will ever ask you to e-mail your password. Never send anyone any of your online credentials. If an e-mail seems questionable, it probably is.
If you do reply to a fake e-mail ("phishing"), there is an excellent chance that your credentials will be used to hack your accounts, which can result in identity theft, invasions of your privacy, and other bad stuff.
If you think your password for any online account may be compromised ...
Try changing your password!
Once you've set up your account, changing your password will solve most of your log-in problems, including the dreaded "account disabled" message and the expired (even long-expired!) password. Make sure you stay on the page until you see "Finished" in large, red, friendly letters. Be patient!
If neither of these works, please contact us in any of the ways listed below.
To open your account, you need your LIN and PIN. Request them here.
Once you've received your LIN and PIN, open your account here.
