Q: What is a Lehigh Legacy? 

A: A prospective Lehigh student who has a mother, father, grandparent, aunt, uncle, and/or sibling who attend(s)(ed) Lehigh. 

As the son, daughter, niece, nephew, brother, sister, or grandchild of a Lehigh Alumnus, you’ve probably heard dozens of stories about “their Lehigh”…the Lehigh vs. Lafayette football games, the Lehigh Engineers, the tough academics, and weekends on “the Hill”…but have they told you about Lehigh today?

Lehigh's Office of Admissions and Alumni Association are delighted to offer a 2 brand new programs for Lehigh alumni and their family members who have college in their futures.

Lehigh Legacy Weekend Event

Lehigh Legacy Weekend will provide you the opportunity to learn more about Lehigh, the Admissions process, and experience our school spirit at a Lehigh home football game.  The day is designed to offer a campus visit for our Lehigh Legacies who are currently involved in the college search process.  Questions?  Contact Barrett E. The following is the agenda for the day:

LOCATION: Lewis Lab, inside Sherman Fairchild bldg. on Asa Packer Campus (#16 on campus map)

FREE parking is available in the Zoellner Arts Center parking garage (#48 on map) or in any faculty/staff parking lot.  CAMPUS MAP CAN BE FOUND HERE

• 8:00am- 8:50am REGISTRATION and CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST
• 8:50am WELCOME address with Robert Wolfenden, AVP Alumni Affairs
• 9:00am - 10:00am ADMISSIONS PRESENTATION with J. Leon Washington, Dean of Admissions & Financial Aid
• 10:00am - 10:45am STUDENT PANEL Q&A with current students
• 10:45am - 12:00pm  OPTIONAL STUDENT GUIDED TOUR
• 12:00pm - 12:30pm LUNCH ON YOUR OWN
• 12:30pm optional LEHIGH FOOTBALL GAME vs. Central Connecticut State**

**You must register with the exact # of guests that will be attending the football game, as we will only have enough tickets available for those who have registered.  Additional tickets may be available for purchase at Goodman Stadium.

You may opt out of the football game if you choose, and register to attend just the morning Lehigh Legacy Program event which will conclude around 12:00pm. 

Registration will open in the early Fall of 2010

Lehigh Fall VIP Legacy Program - The 2009 VIP Program has Concluded
Fall Semester Only (September - mid-November) 

Monday through Friday only

The Lehigh Fall VIP Legacy Program gives Legacies the opportunity to have a closer look at Lehigh today. As a Lehigh Legacy, you are already a part of the Lehigh Family, and because of this, we would like to personalize your experience as you explore Lehigh for yourself.

If you are planning a visit to Lehigh as a Legacy prospective student, the Lehigh Fall VIP Legacy Program is an ideal way to tailor the visit to your needs. 

Our general information session and tour schedule can be found on the Lehigh Admissions Calendar. 

Informal Interviews can be scheduled for Legacies who will be graduating from high school in 2010.  Interviews are offered at 8:30a, 9:15a, 10:00a, 12:45p, 1:30p and 2:15p. 

In addition, we can set up meetings with professors and Admissions counselors.

Please click on the following link to register for a legacy program visit: www.lehighalumni.com/go/legacyvisit  Visits can only be set up Monday through Friday, during the months of September, October, and November.  November 9th will be the last day to register for a Fall VIP Legacy Visit.  Thanksgiving break runs from November 25-29th, and the Fall semester concludes on December 4th.
