| The Fraternity Management Association (FMA) - The FMA is a separate corporation formed by Lehigh's Greek chapters to assist in managing food service, purchasing and financial resources that are the responsibility of the active chapter. The FMA staff provides accounting services, regular financial reports, employees (primarily cooks) and purchasing assistance to the chapters, and also provides training for the chapter treasurers and presidents. The FMA is governed by a board consisting of student and alumni members. | ||

| Office of Fraternity & Sorority Affairs (OFSA) – The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs strives to serve as a resource to fraternities and sororities by providing support and advocacy to all chapters in the effort to develop as organizations and as individual members. This support includes advising the Inter-Fraternity and Panhellenic councils as well as working closely with alumni/ae and university staff in addition to the active chapters. | ||

| Lehigh University Police - Lehigh University Police enforce U.S. and Pennsylvania laws on the Lehigh campus and also enforce the Lehigh Code of Student Conduct. Police liaison officers are assigned to work with each chapter. | ||

| Residential Services – As the landlords of all University housing, Residential Services manages the relationship between the University and the fraternity and sorority community by performing many critical administrative functions, including: setting room rates, coordinating student billing, assessing and coordinating student damage charges, overseeing house improvements, addressing fire safety, and performing house inspections. | ||
