The mission of the Perella Department of Finance revolves around valuation and risks within the financial service arena.

• Students—This mission seeks to insure that our students, both undergraduate and graduate, develop the necessary skill set to undertake independent research, think objectively, analyze information, and work constructively within group settings to establish a foundation upon which a successful career can be launched.
• Faculty—This mission seeks to foster a workplace that will insure our faculty publish high quality research and instill this research into their teaching portfolio. The faculty strives to add value to the classroom experience to make them more marketable and better prepared for the changes they will face over their careers.
