Daniel Bayak is a Professor of Practice in the Finance Department and prior to 2007 was an Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Lehigh University for 18 years. He earned his MBA degree from the University of Scranton, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting Education from Bloomsburg University. He is a Certified Management Accountant.

Daniel's full time focus is currently teaching the Information Analysis courses in the Business Minor program as well as teaching Accounting courses in the Accounting department. Daniel has been a practicing CPA since 1985 specializing in small business accounting and income taxes. He also has taught CPA and CMA review courses, and conducted many accounting workshops.

Daniel is currently working on his certification as a Certified Financial Planner.
