Judy McDonald's primary areas of research are gender pay inequities, international trade, and macroeconomics. Professor McDonald teaches International Finance, Intermediate Macroeconomics, International Trade, Economic Principles, and An Introduction to the Canadian Economy at the undergraduate level. She teaches the first Macroeconomics course, Advanced Macroeconomic Analysis, to first-year graduate students. A native of Canada, Professor McDonald is the Director of Lehigh's Canadian Studies Institute. She joined the Lehigh faculty in 1991.
