Professor Yu joined the Department of Accounting in 2008.  After receiving her Bachelor's degree, she worked for KPMG as an auditor.  Subsequently she received her master’s degree in economics.  She earned her doctorate in accounting in August 2008. 

Professor Yu's teaching and research interests include auditing, experimental economics, and financial accounting.   She won a 2006 Doctoral Consortium Fellowship from American Accounting Association.  In 2007, she was selected to receive the PwC INQuires Grant.
