Co-directors Mike Santoro and Larry Snyder discuss the role of the center in the supply chain community.

Mike Santoro	Co-Director Mike Santoro explains the unique perspectives that Lehigh faculty can share with their research partners. Lehigh can offer unique insight into an organization’s complete value chain and help align research with corporate strategies. The size of Lehigh’s program allows for highly-collaborative corporate sponsorships.
Larry Synder	Value chains must be managed in a way that provides value to the customer. Snyder argues that the mission of the CVCR is really one of technology transfer and the exchange of new knowledge. Today’s global and highly-competitive environment means value chains are facing a new set of challenges.
