For a city known for its finance, fashion and flowers, Amsterdam has a unique perspective on business. It’s rather appropriate, then, that a team of Lehigh students will be reporting on the Benelux nations in Perspectives on Business and Economics.  The undergraduate research journal is the largest of its kind in circulation, and features an in-depth look into the business and cultural practices of a different country every year. Take a look at our slideshow to see what countries Lehigh has visited in the past, and a few things they’ve learned along the way.

Introducing the College of Business
Located just a short drive from the international business hubs of New York and Philadelphia, Lehigh University is in a unique position to evolve along with the business community.

It’s why we focus on closely integrating our curriculum with Lehigh’s three other undergraduate colleges and, in particular, the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science.

Our Martindale Scholars are selected during a competitive search that spans each of these colleges.  “An important component of this experience is the highly-collaborative environment in which the students work,” says Richard Aronson, director of the Martindale Center.  “The research that each student produces truly reflects his own interests and experience—and as such, it’s always compelling and practical.”

To get a sense of why Lehigh’s been so successful at cross-disciplinary education, take a few minutes to read more about three other rather unconventional programs:

The only undergraduate program of its kind.
