Humanities and Social Sciences: 17 credit hours, including ECO 1 (4).
Free Electives: 6 credit hours in any department.
Approved electives (18 credit hours) are for specialization and are selected from approved courses in both MEM and other engineering departments and must include ME 321 (3). Advisers will help students develop the course sequences for a student’s desired specialization.
**Co-op students must take ME 21 second semester, sophomore year.
