Course Goals
To have students understand the technological and strategic objectives of information integration as used in industry today. To examine the evolving technological and strategic imperatives of information based applications in business. To examine, study and understand the power of various levels of information integration in current business applications software systems. To examine the value and operating principles behind ERP, SCM, and CRM systems, and to understand why they are being deployed, and integrated. To explore, and understand the concepts which cause failures in business software applications, and what must be done to reduce such failures.
