Course Goals
To have students understand the technological and strategic objectives of information integration as used in industry today. To examine the evolving technological and strategic imperatives of information based applications in business. To examine, study and understand the power of various levels of information integration in current business applications software systems. To examine the value and operating principles behind ERP, SCM, and CRM systems, and to understand why they are being deployed, and integrated. To explore, and understand the concepts which cause failures in business software applications, and what must be done to reduce such failures.

Oral and Written Communications
Every student is required to submit at least  __2__  written reports (not including exams, tests, quizzes, or commented programs) of typically  __5___  pages and to make  __2__  oral presentations of typically  __60__  minutes duration. Include only material that is graded for grammar, spelling, style, and so forth, as well as for technical content, completeness, and accuracy.

Social and Ethical Issues
They spend some twenty five percent of their time understanding the people side of the software applications and how critical that is to success
