Computational biofluid mechanics, finite element analysis of complex biological structures, fluid-structure interactions, surfactant dynamics, micro-scale transport phenomena, molecular dynamics, cell mechanics and rheology. Eustachian tube mechanics and middle ear disease, multi-scale modeling of microbiological systems, particle/pathogen transport in the pulmonary system.
