Leo V. Casto 1959 Leo V. Casto earned a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Lehigh University in 1959. He was an active member of Lehigh’s Tower Society. Casto lived in Brecksville, Ohio, and retired as vice president and treasurer of Pro-Quip, Inc. He passed away in 1997. His estate supports the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Sciences.
