IT'S BACK! A Special Charitable Giving Opportunity
Congress has renewed the IRA Gift Protection Provision, effective through tax year 2009. Click here for more.

The Office of Planned Giving helps alumni and friends to create charitable gift plans that maximize their intentions for Lehigh while implementing their plans to provide for themselves and their heirs. In addition to helping Lehigh maintain a solid tradition of excellence, planned giving can:

• Provide an income for life
• Reduce or eliminate capital gains taxes
• Generate a charitable income tax deduction
• Reduce or eliminate gift and estate taxes
• Allow individuals to make leadership gifts

Although contributions may help our alumni and friends reach their financial and tax goals, we hope the primary motivation to give comes from an aspiration to help Lehigh to fulfill the vital mission of preparing our students for a bright and rewarding future.

Please browse this site to learn more about gift planning options. If you have any questions, or would like to consult with a member of the planned giving staff to determine whether planned giving is right for you, contact Lorraine Wiedorn at (610) 758-4874 or Karla Morales at (610) 758-5958.
