Science, Technology, Environment, Policy, and Society (STEPS) is an initiative to create a collaborative, multidisciplinary atmosphere that will provide the best opportunities for undergraduate education and world-class research.

The project represents an overall investment of $85 million for:

  • Endowed chairs
  • Graduate fellowships
  • Undergraduate research funds
  • A state-of-the-art facility
  • Technology enhancements

These critical resources will support an interdisciplinary approach to environmental challenges and integrate the sciences, engineering, and the social sciences. They will also increase the quality, visibility, and reputation of the undergraduate and graduate sciences at Lehigh.

Visit the STEPS website for news, events, and construction updates.
