In July 2008, Lehigh University’s Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering is launching a new program leading to an M.Eng. in Structural Engineering degree. This concentrated program, under the leadership of Professor Jennifer Gross, P.E., of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, is designed to prepare graduates for careers as practicing professionals with the expertise to manage cost and performance decisions throughout the major stages of life in large-scale civil engineering systems.
The program is attracting the support of several corporations, who are contributing funds to support graduate scholarships and joining the program’s Executive Board. These include:
