Supporting Lehigh

There are many ways to give to Lehigh.  Your support in a number of areas will help us move closer to our goals.

• Endowed faculty chairs.  Critical to the excellence of an institution, endowed chairs attract and retain top faculty at the university, and give them the resources needed to develop and maintain exceptional academic programs.
• Scholarships and fellowships (endowed and annual).  Support for students helps ensure that the brightest young men and women are able to attend Lehigh, regardless of means.
• Academic program development.  Academic programs must constantly reinvent themselves to keep up with rapidly advancing fields.
• Equipment and technology gifts.  Support ensures Lehigh's research infrastructure remains competitive, and that students have access to cutting-edge knowledge and techniques.
• Expert exchanges in seminars or classroom participation.  Lehigh relies on professionals in the field to help students make the connection between the classroom and the world beyond.
• Sponsored research.  When you contract with Lehigh to solve your organization's problems, you get advanced graduate-level and faculty research in areas such as materials science, the value chain, and optical technologies, to name a few.
• Unrestricted funding.  Gifts that are not designated to a particular purpose are used where the need is greatest.
