Crowning South Mountain, Lehigh's Mountaintop Campus was acquired from Bethlehem Steel in 1986.
    Its 742 acres contain research facilities, such as IMBT Laboratories and Iacocca Hall which houses two academic departments (Chemical Engineering & Biological Sciences) and the College of Education.
