The Centennial I Complex is located directly across from the Rathbone Dining Hall and is composed of six buildings. Congdon, Emery, Leavitt, McConn, Smiley and Thornburg each house 44 students (22 on each of two floors).
Each student has a desk, desk chair, bookshelf, bunkable/movable bed, chest of drawers, medicine cabinet with mirror and a closet.
There is a multifunction area on the first floor that provides a large lounge, TV room, game room, a study area and kitchen. Laundry facilities and a vending area are centrally located within the complex.
