Better known to its residents as "M&M," this building houses 292 first-year students on its three floors. This building is split into two wings, and the building is co-ed by section.

Each room in M&M is a double, and each has mostly moveable furniture which includes a desk, desk chair, bed, wardrobe with hanging space and drawers, medicine chest with mirror, shelves for books, and storage cabinets for each resident. There are also two bathrooms on each hall.

Each floor has its own TV or study lounge, and there is a large study lounge, kitchen, laundry room, and vending machines on the ground floor.

First-year students in M&M can be found socializing in the lounges connecting the wings, hanging out on the front lawn, and walking in large groups to dinner at the University Center.

This U-shaped stone structure was built in memory of Howard H. McClintic and Charles D. Marshall, both Class of 1888, who founded the McClintic-Marshall Construction Co. The firm was the world's largest independent steel fabricating firm before its acquisition by Bethlehem Steel Corp. in 1931. It built locks for the Panama Canal and constructed the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco Bay.
