Similar to the Warren Square houses, this house provides an ideal experience for students looking for a quiet, homelike feel. The house contains single and double bedrooms. Bedrooms have moveable furniture including a bed, desk, desk chair, dresser, and wardrobe or closet for each student.
The house has a multi-purpose lounge and study room. There is also a kitchen, dining room, game room, and laundry facility in the house.
