This complex is located in Sayre Park. There are 146 upperclass students housed in the complex which consists of three residential buildings and one commons building.

Most apartments have four bedrooms, while a few have three bedrooms. All bedrooms are fully furnished singles and each apartment offers a full kitchen, private bathroom and furnished living room/dining area. All apartments are air-conditioned.

Each of the three residential buildings have a common lounge as well as laundry facilities. The commons building is a place for informal gatherings or special events. This building has a fireplace, lounge with a pool table and T.V., kitchen area, tutorial/academic space, and a staff office. There is parking for about 120 cars and there is campus bus service near the complex.
